St Mary's Haven, a care home in Penzance, Cornwall has been sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
The home, which was formerly owned by the Diocese of Plymouth and operated by the Sanctuary Housing Group, was acquired by experienced regional operators, John and Mary Anson. The Ansons currently operate several care homes across Cornwall.
