Signature Dining has launched as a dedicated independent contract caterer to the care, extra care, assisted living and retirement village sectors.
The Genuine Dining Co Group of Companies has announced the incorporation of the new company, which is headed up by founder director Paul Robottom, ex managing director of Caterplus.
Within the past 18 months there has been a significant shift in the care catering market place. There have been several key acquisitions of large independent players within the industry, which according to Paul Robottom, have opened a gap for independent companies that understand the importance of a truly personal and attentive approach.
The core values at Signature Dining are: putting food first; provenance is key; real specialism; investing in people; opportunities for development; leading from the front.
Robottom says: “At Signature Dining our vision is to enhance the everyday lives of our customers by offering a broad range of fresh, home style seasonal menus, cooked from scratch daily.”
The Genuine Dining Co. Group of Companies will provide the infrastructure to support the newly launched specialist company.
