Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has sold a site with planning permission for a new 66 bedroom care home to LNT Care Developments on behalf of Fairview New Homes.
The site is located adjacent to the Fairview residential development 'The Village' at London Road, Buntingford, Hertfordshire. The care home will include all the state of the art features expected in a purpose-built facility including en suite bedrooms, tea room, cinema, library and landscaped gardens. The home will be operated by Oakdale Care Group.
