Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to sell Elmhurst Nursing Home in the village of Prees, near Whitchurch, Shropshire on behalf of administrator, AlixPartners.
Having started out as a residential property, the home is currently registered for 45 residents in 37 rooms (29 with ensuite facilities). The residents’ accommodation is all located on the ground floor and there is also planning consent for a 60 bed extension to the property.
