Brunelcare held its annual Long Term Service awards event in Bristol on 25 May to recognise staff for long service and success.
This year 31 staff members attended the event celebrating a combined total of 395 years of service. Among the awards were amazing 10 year, 15 year, 20 year recognitions and even a 25 year service award!
Guests enjoyed a ‘champagne reception’ followed by a lovely three-course sit-down meal.
Kevin Fairman, Brunelcare’s CEO, says: “The high quality care and services we provide relies entirely on the hard work and dedication of our staff. This awards evening is just one way we can say a big thank you. Most people join us through recommendation from existing staff plus families & friends of people that we provide a service to – a great testament to our work place culture .”
This year Brunelcare has also been recognised by Investors in People, accredited for this people management standard for the 19th year running.
