Acting on behalf of Parklands Care Homes Limited, specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has successfully transacted The Court Nursing Home in Cardiff in an off-market deal to Care Inn Limited.
The Court Nursing Home is located in the desirable suburb of St Fagans, just west of Cardiff city centre and is registered for 60 older clients in a Grade II Listed period property with a purpose built wing.
Care Inn has been successfully operating in Wales for over 15 years, providing care to the communities they serve. The Home has been renamed Ely Court Care Home and will now undergo a significant service development program.
Rob Kinsman, regional director of Christie & Co comments, “The acquisition of The Court Nursing Home is Care Inn’s 13th care home in Wales as they look to expand across the South West. The sale demonstrates the strong demand for quality care homes in the region, particularly for buyers such as Care Inn who will be able to expand the current service offering.”
The Court Nursing Home was sold off an undisclosed sum.
