The Rozelle Nursing Home in Abergavenny, which is situated on the edge of the town centre and registered for 24 elderly clients focusing on nursing and dementia needs, has been sold.
Following a targeted marketing campaign, the former owner, Dr Mankal elected to sell the business to Mr BP Khanal who already owns Avenue Road Care Home in Abergavenny as well as Ashton Park in Newport. The deal was funded by the Barclays Bank healthcare team in Cardiff.
Mr Khanal commented on the sale; "We are absolutely thrilled to acquire such a well run care home in Abergavenny and we look forward to working with the team to provide the very best care at Rozelle.”
Rob Kinsman, regional director of Christie & Co’s Bristol office, which managed the sale, comments: "We are delighted to conclude this deal to Mr BP Khanal who was a natural fit for Rozelle given his experience and knowledge of the area. We wish Mr Khanal and his team all the very best at Rozelle.”
