Croft Lodge and The White House in Teignmouth, Devon have been sold on behalf of FRP Advisory LLP and Langton Care Ltd.
The pair of adjacent care homes presented an excellent opportunity for first time entrants and existing operators, with significant interest being shown and multiple offers received following a full and open marketing campaign.
Croft Lodge and The White House have been acquired by Centrum Group, an 'outstanding' rated domiciliary care agency operated by two brothers, Tushar and Mehul Shah. Tushar and Mehul are seeking to grow their care home portfolio and found Croft Lodge and The White House to be an excellent fit.
