Octopus Real Estate, part of the Octopus Group and leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK, has exchanged contracts with IM Properties to purchase a 1.4 acres site in the Blythe Valley Park development.
Plans for an 80-bed care home including extensive landscaping on the land have been submitted to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
Blythe Valley Park is an established two million square foot mixed use business park, strategically located in the heart of the UK, surrounded by stunning parkland and leisure facilities. Blythe Valley Park is home to world class occupiers and amenities with over 122 acres of beautiful parkland.
