Morris Grange is a substantial, converted home with three main extensions and a day care centre. The home is registered for up to 71 residents and specialises in nursing, residential dementia and challenging behaviour.

The property has been purchased by GH Group, an experienced operator in the sector. A representative from the company says: “Christie & Co were very efficient in assisting with the purchase and we appreciate their continued support.”
