Stephensons Solicitors is to hold the first of 15 care sector webinars on 11 June with a look at the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) new Emergency Support Framework (ESF).
The ESF was launched by the CQC on 1 May as part of its approach to the Covid-19 pandemic following the suspension of its inspections.
In the 45-minute webinar starting at 11am, Stephensons Solicitors partner Laura Hannah (pictured) and BKR Care Consultancy managing director Bhavna Keane-Rao will explore the ESF in detail and discuss what it means for the adult social care sector.
The two experts will also provide advice in relation to the Engagement and Support Call; the Summary Record; what people are saying at grassroot level; key legal considerations and advice; and current challenges and opportunities.
