Lichfield-based provider Voyage Care has completed the acquisition of five services from local counterpart Day Opportunities.
Voyage has picked up North View, Saville Row, Ferncliffe House, Ferncliffe Bungalow and New Fern, which collectively have capacity to support 25 people in Halifax and the surrounding areas.
The provider said the five homes provide additional capacity in a strategic growth area.
The “excellent” quality of the care and support provided in all five services aligns with Voyage Care’s “purpose to deliver great quality care and support”, it added.
“We’re delighted to welcome the people supported across these five high quality services to Voyage Care,” said Voyage Care managing director for the North Brian Flynn.
