The new season of the Tea With Tobi podcast by social care marketing outfit Smooth Digital has launched featuring an interview with Methodist Homes (MHA) chief executive Sam Monaghan.
Monaghan explains the impact of social distancing in care homes, what kind of sacrifices carers made throughout the past year, and discusses why the pandemic was a “social injustice”.
The episode is the first of the fourth season of the podcast hosted by Smooth Digital founder and managing director Tobi Alli-Usman (pictured).
“Season four is giving a platform to the individuals that continue to brave a storm of virulent strains, political dissonance and increasing danger during the Covid-19 pandemic,” he said.
