Luxury care operator Signature Senior Lifestyle has unveiled its latest home - in Beckenham – consisting of 100 private apartments across three floors, including 24 purpose-built apartments for residents living with dementia.
Ahead of the launch of its marketing suite this month, the developer said Signature at Beckenham has been designed with a grand village hall for community events, complemented by lifestyle facilities “akin to the world’s finest hotels to provide a truly balanced lifestyle”.
The facilities includes café and formal private restaurant, a bespoke cinema, library and various elegant lounges.
In addition, there will be an in-house hair salon, therapy room and spa bathroom to ensure residents look and feel their best.
Outside, landscaped gardens include activity areas as well as a central bandstand.
The team at Signature at Beckenham is led by general manager Maggie Middleton, a registered nurse who brings senior management experience as a nurse and director in the NHS and private healthcare.
Middleton was previously at Signature’s Parklands Manor in Chertsey and is also a specialist advisor for the CQC.
