Graham Hill has been appointed as construction director of care home design and construction business Savista Developments.
Hill, who has nearly 40 years of experience in construction and was previously managing director of Balfour Beatty’s London region, will lead the build and fit-out of Savista sister companies Hallmark’s next generation of care homes and Santhem Residences retirement communities.
In addition, Hill (pictured) has been hired to ensure all projects are time lined and support the delivery of the company’s growth strategy.
“Graham brings with him a huge amount of experience working on projects exceeding £100m, which will help us to execute our vision as we set out to create outstanding environments for Hallmark Care Homes’ and Santhem residents,” said Savista Developments and Santhem Residences chief executive Kevin Shaw.
Hill added: “I am really pleased to have joined Savista Developments at a time when the business and its portfolio are undergoing a period of exciting growth.
“With further expansion planned and many new projects in the pipeline, there is a clear opportunity to increase our market share across both the care home and assisted living sectors, something I am looking forward to playing an active role in straight away, working closely with the Kevin, colleagues and external stakeholders.”
