Social care recruitment expert Neil Eastwood has waived the fee permanently for his online training course due to the “unprecedented challenges” faced by employers to fill vacancies.
Eastwood is offering his 120-lesson ‘Recruitment Masterclass’ for care recruiters to support the sector in their efforts to secure staff.
“I have never known the workforce pressures on employers to be this great – with further headwinds coming,” he said.
“Just before I came up with the concept of Care Friends in 2018, I finished filming a 120-lesson online masterclass for care recruiters. But I didn’t have much time to tell anyone about it before Care Friends demanded all my time.”
Eastwood continued: “I decided to waive the enrolment fee permanently in the hope that the practical tips and advice I have collected over many years can now go some way to helping struggling providers during this urgent and deepening social care recruitment crisis.”
