Global property consultancy Knight Frank has bolstered its Seniors Housing offering by adding three senior surveyors to the existing team.
Chris Barnes, Katrina Szinekova and Ty Turner have joined Knight Frank, which boasts one of the largest dedicated seniors housing advisory teams currently working in the UK.
Szinekova joins from CBRE, Barnes from Cushman & Wakefield, while Turner joins from Savills.
Barnes and Szinekova will both focus on advisory instructions – providing valuations and consultancy advice that will underpin the team’s agency transactional work.
Turner will work with the wider team on Knight Frank’s capital markets instructions, including acquisitions, land agency and funding transactions.
