Employment law solicitors HR Anchor will host a webinar to help guide care provider through the laws on compulsory Covid vaccinations.
The free event on Tuesday 9 November will see HR Anchor managing director Elissa Thursfield (pictured) speak and take questions on a host of topics relating to the ‘no jab, no job’ rules that come into force on 11 November.
Topics to be discussed include the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021, as well as medical exemptions and other reasons for staff not to be vaccinated.
Also up for discussion are vaccine refusers, as well as people who are non-refusers of Covid jabs but will not have both doses in time.
Other topics slated to feature in the webinar include dismissal, the Equity Act, and the different rules pertaining to Wales.
