The arts therapies centre on creativity. This approach is inclusive to all regardless of age, diagnosis, ethnicity or someone’s creative skills. 

‘Arts therapies’ is an umbrella term for several HCPC creative therapies, including Music Therapy (MT), Art Therapy (AT), 

Dramatherapy (DT), and Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT). Within all of them are diverse facets that can help enhance mental wellbeing, encourage bonding, improve communication and unlock the brain’s potential where other therapies can fail.
