Leading healthcare broker Redwoods Dowling Kerr has announced the sale of Norton Lodge in Cheshire.
Norton Lodge is a residential care home for the elderly in Runcorn, Cheshire. Registered for up to 32 residents across 30 bedrooms, the home has garnered an excellent reputation in the region, with high occupancy levels.
The business was purchased by a first-time buyer after the original owners announced their plan to pursue other ventures within the healthcare sector.
