Specialist property agency Lamont Johnson has announced the successful sale of two Surrey care homes.
Orchard House and Lodore nursing homes, both located in the town of Sutton, each have the benefit of a CQC ‘Good’ rating. The two homes were acquired by the Surrey-based Konkumalla family. This is the second acquisition made by Suman Konkumalla through Lamont Johnson in the last nine months, having also acquired Valerie Manor in West Sussex.
A spokesperson for Lamont Johnson said: “We wish them all the very best in their new venture.”
