Millennium Care has hosted a rooftop party to celebrate the topping out of Langtree Care Home in Wigan.
Langtree Care Home – to be completed later this year – is a 52-bed home that will finalise the Standish Care Village alongside Worthington Lake and Lakeside Care Home.
The village will provide continuity of care, with residents able to stay on the same familiar site with the same care provider as their condition changes.
Aaron Greaves, group marketing & communications manager at Millennium Care, said: “We’re delighted to have ticked of another milestone for the Standish Care Village and we’re delighted to have done it in style. Today’s party has been a great example of Millennium Care’s innovative approach.
“It couldn’t have been done without the support of the whole staff team, residents, and stakeholders who made it a day to remember. We’re looking forward to progressing even further over the next few months.”
