Christie & Co has announced the sale of Bryngwy Residential Home in Powys, Wales.
Located in Rhayader, a market town in mid-Wales that lies on the River Wye, Bryngwy Residential Home is an established care business registered to care for up to 24 residents. The home was brought to market to allow its previous owner to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Oakwood Care Ltd, which is owned by Kuljit Grewal, who also owns the award-winning Williamston Nursing Home in Houghton, Pembrokeshire.
Kuljit Grewal said: “I’m really looking forward to the next chapter of Bryngwy Residential Home, where investment and technology will have a positive impact for the residents, staff, and the business.”
