Construction has begun on a new 75-bed care home at the Chatham Waters development in Medway, Kent.
The home will be delivered by developer Montpelier Estates in partnership with contractor Apex Contractors Ltd and waterside regeneration specialist Peel Waters, which is delivering the wider Chatham Waters district.
The four-storey care home will include a dementia-friendly bistro, hair salon, cinema, and sensory rooftop garden.
