Luxury care provider Signature Senior Lifestyle has appointed sector veteran Rob Martin as its new CEO.
For the past four years, Rob Martin has been managing director – care at not-for-profit provider Anchor. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the social care and healthcare sectors, Rob also serves as a board member for the National Care Forum. Prior to moving into care, he spent over seven years in the British Army, serving with the Royal Artillery.
Interim Signature chief executive Steve Gardner will continue in the role until the autumn, whereby he will once again assume the role of chief financial officer.
