Hillcroft Nursing & Residential Care Home in Wordsley, Stourbridge is under new ownership following a deal brokered by Montane Care.
The specialist business property adviser brokered the deal on behalf of Astley Care, which is owned by Jay Patel and operates five homes across the Midlands and Cheshire. The home has been sold to Gugan Healthcare for an undisclosed sum, marking a return to the sector for Gugan, which sold its previous care home in North Wales last year.
