Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of the Morgannwg House in Brecon, mid-Wales.
Established over 20 years ago, Morgannwg House is registered for up to 20 residents and occupies a Grade II-listed property. Originally a school, the home is located within the centre of Brecon.
Having been owned by the family-run business Sentimental Care Ltd for the last 20 years, Morgannwg House been purchased by Hapus Care Group Ltd – an expanding operator that owns 12 homes. This is the goup’s first home in South Wales.

This will be our second successful sale for our client Tazmina Ellis, who will remain in the sector and concentrate on her other business interests.”
