Newly promoted Hallmark Luxury Care Homes CEO Nye Brown has unveiled the provider’s ambitious plans for growth.
Hallmark is targeting growth of 15 care homes by 2030, of which 10 will be through acquisition. This marks a shift in strategy for Hallmark , which has made a name for itself by designing and building a series of award-winning care homes.
Last year, Hallmark opened two new build homes in Eastbourne and Bath, and acquired Penylan House in Cardiff. Brown’s growth plan will build on an existing pipeline of developments in Essex, Kent, Greater London, and East Sussex, with a new home scheduled to break ground in South Wales this year.
Hallmark Luxury Care Homes CEO Nye Brown said: “I’m delighted to announce that we’re planting seeds for future growth.
“We have the resources and infrastructure in place to acquire homes alongside the commissioning of our own. With continuous investment in our team’s development, we retain and nurture talent to consistently deliver the award-winning care we’re famous for. We take pride in exceeding regulatory requirements and for our ability to keep our homes full.
“We would be a trustworthy and reliable partner for any care home group or care homeowner to sell or lease their home to.”
