Macc Care Group has celebrated the official opening of Perdiswell Rose in Worcester – the provider’s 16th care home.
Perdiswell Rose offers residential, nursing, and dementia care and boasts facilities including a cinema, wellness suite, gym, café, pub, and landscaped gardens.
Home manager Sandie Preece, and Charlotte Quartey, Macc Care’s new homes director and chief nurse, thanked residents, staff, and guests for contributing to a memorable launch.
The ceremonial ribbon was cut by the home’s very first resident, Eileen Thomson, who said: “What a wonderful way to begin my new chapter here at Perdiswell Rose. It’s already starting to feel like home and I’ve been made to feel so welcome. Today has been a truly lovely celebration and I’m proud to have played a part in it.”
