Lovett Care has announced the acquisition of Belvedere Manor Care Home in Lancashire from Methodist Homes.
Belvedere Manor, located in Colne, specialises in residential, dementia, and respite care. The acquisition expands Lovett Care’s portfolio to 27 homes across the North West, Midlands, and Wales, with several more currently in development.
Lovett Care Group CEO Keith Crockett said: “We are delighted to welcome Belvedere Manor, its residents, families, and dedicated team into the Lovett Care family. Our priority is to provide continuity and reassurance, while also looking ahead to opportunities to enhance the home and build on its existing strengths.”
Dan Ryan, deputy chief executive and director of operations at MHA, added: “We are delighted that Belvedere Manor care home will pass into the hands of Lovett Care, where we know residents and the team which cares for them will be well looked after.”
