St Margaret’s Nursing Home in Hythe, Kent has been sold to an established local operator.
A CQC ‘Good’ rated care home that is registered for up to 25 residents, St Margaret’s located in in the town centre of Hythe and has previous planning permission to extend. The home was sold for an undisclosed price.
John Harrison, director – care at Christie & Co, said: “I am delighted to have sold St Margaret’s Nursing Home to Vini Aujla, who will, I am sure, be able to use her experience of running another successful home locally to continue the strong reputation St Margaret’s has always had. We are continuing to see good demand from our buyer database for care homes in the South East, of which this is a good example.”
