Staffordshire care home sold to expanding group

Beechcroft House care home in Stafford has been sold to Nanak Care Limited, which now owns three homes in Staffordshire and one in the South West .

The home – established in 1986 and registered for up to 25 residents – was brought to market to allow the previous owner to retire. Following a confidential sales process with James Buist-Brealey at Christie & Co, Beechcroft House has been purchased by Nanak Care Limited.

Karamvir Singh and Veerdavinder Singh Bhullar, directors at Nanak Care Limited, said: “We saw strong potential in the property due to its location, structure, and overall market appeal. It aligns well with our strategy of acquiring well-positioned assets with long-term growth potential. This property complements our existing holdings by diversifying our portfolio within the residential segment. We view this acquisition as a strategic addition that supports our long-term investment and development goals, and it balances our current portfolio mix. We intend to maintain the integrity of the home while modernising key features to meet current market expectations. This acquisition will serve as part of our broader strategy to grow our residential investment portfolio in this region.”

James Buist-Brealey, associate director – care at Christie & Co, commented: “The sale of Beechcroft House continues to highlight the strong demand we’re seeing for care homes across the West Midlands. It was a pleasure to support this transaction, and I wish both the previous and new owners every success for the future.”
