New operator Care Legacy South West has added its third acquisition this year to its care home portfolio. The 26-bed, two-storey conversion Lyme Bay View near Seaton is rated good and has been run by M&J Care Homes since 2008.
The firm bought its first two homes - Tregenna House in Camborne and Little Trefewha in Praze‑an‑Beeble- earlier this year.
Care Legacy directors Cliff and Nasrin Grand-Scrutton said they plan to “sensitively invest” to build on the “excellent reputation” of the home, based on “our many combined decades of experience in the healthcare industry and in particular health and social care.”
The home was sold for an undisclosed amount and was handled by Christies & Co.
