A local operator has expanded its West Wales footprint with the acquisition of a 14 bed care home in Milford Haven.
Rostley Care Home supports older people including those with dementia and neurological conditions, and was sold off-market through Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co.
The deal is Robin Appathurai’s second acqusition in the Pembrokeshire region, following his acqusition of Bush House Care Home in Pembroke in 2024.
Previous owners Jayne Anderson and Sarah Kempson, who have operated Rostley since 2006, plan to exit the sector to focus on semi-retirement.
The price was undisclosed.
