LNT Care Developments has acquired a Bedfordshire site with planning consent for a new care home near Milton Keynes for £1.2m.
Acting on behalf of landowner David Wilson Homes, commercial property consultants Kirkby Diamond brokered the sale to LNT Care Developments for the 1.53-acre site at Marston Fields in Marston Moretaine.
The land has outline planning permission, granted by Central Bedfordshire Council, for the development of a care home for 80 residents.
The Marston Fields care home site forms part of a wider 365-home residential development.

“The site is prominently located between Bedford and Milton Keynes, within the bounds of the attractive village of Marston Moretaine,” he added.
“It is a wonderful location for a care home for elderly residents, surrounded by countryside and benefitting from a range of established local services and amenities.”
