Bluebell View – HC-One’s new £12m, 80-bed care home in Shropshire – has opened its doors to residents.
Located in Oswestry, Bluebell View offers residential, dementia, and nursing care. Developed in conjunction with contractor Greenchurch Developments, the three-storey home features resident lounges, reading rooms, a bar, and private gardens with courtyards.
Bluebell View is the latest home to be built as part of HC-One’s new build programme, which saw three homes open in 2021 (in York, Bingham, and Telford), with another set to open in Milton Keynes later this year.
Home manager Michelle Middleton Price said: “We are delighted to have opened Bluebell View Care Home and welcomed our first residents into their new home.
