Croydon-based care group A&R Care Ltd has been sold to Arishta Ltd in a deal brokered by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The transaction marks the transfer of two residential care homes – Beechwood House and Barrington Lodge Nursing Home – along with two additional residential flats. The homes – both of which deliver specialist nursing and residential care across a broad range of complex needs – are registered for a combined total of 66 residents. Both homes hold a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
Backed by private investment firm ARIVANT Holdings, the deal sees Arishta acquiring its first care home business.
