Exemplar Health Care is celebrating the opening of Walton Grove Care Home in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
Walton Grove supports adults living with complex needs arising from mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities, providing long-term community care for adults who might otherwise remain in hospital or live in care settings that are not able to meet their needs.
