Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Turrets Care Home in Bristol.
Located in the vibrant, residential suburb of St George in Bristol, The Turrets provides accommodation across 19 bedrooms, 11 of which are en suite. The home has been owned by Marsden Healthcare Limited for over 20 years and was brought to market to allow the group’s Directors to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, The Turrets has been sold to Rakhi and Pritesh Ruparelia, who own another home, in Weston-super-Mare.
