How the pandemic is motivating change in telecare

With greater demands for technology-enabled care (TEC) services, organisations across the sector are having to adapt quickly. James Murray of SECOM CareTech explains how telecare businesses are responding to the crisis.

The coronavirus has touched millions of lives. There have been around 45m cases worldwide, with nearly 1m in the UK. Countless elderly people have been forced into isolation.

This has led many telecare providers to reconsider how they can improve business practices and better serve those in the community who are vulnerable to infection.
