Anavo has acquired Lindridge Care Home, in Hove, from Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT).
The preferred bidder to take on the 75-bed home, Anavo operates 11 homes across the UK, with a new build home in nearby Lancing due to open in Q3 2024 and another in Whitchurch, Shropshire, opening in Q2 2024.
Brokerage for the transaction was undertaken by Lambert Smith Hampton for SPFT, and Colliers on behalf of Anavo.
